Our Story

Born from a
backyard

Whitlock Brewing Co didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a question: what would happen if we brewed beer the way we actually wanted to drink it — bold, honest, and unpretentious?

From our first batch in a converted garage to the copper tanks you see today, every pint carries the same philosophy. We brew for our neighbors. We taste-test until it's right. And we never compromise on flavor for convenience.
